With over thirty years experience in the aerosol and liquid products manufacturing and packaging business, IQ has amassed vast experience and expertise in formulating, blending, and packaging a diversified range of consumer-friendly chemical products. IQ has an unparalleled combination of trained and experienced people, state-of-the-art equipment, two generations of experience and a level of expertise that brings together the insights of the petroleum, engineering, and process industries.

To keep us constantly prepared for the next stages of our on-going Journey, we are continually increasing our manufacturing capabilities and plant flexibility. As an example, we have recently completed a multi-million dollar improvement of our facilities to expand our annual capacity to 160 million units, and further expansion is being planned which will increase our production capacity to 200 million units per year.

IQ's Houston plant is the first facility in the United States capable of totally enclosed pressure-blending of chemicals for creating certain stable emulsions — not previously possible. We have developed patent-pending packaging technologies and perfected multi-stage gassing processes for accurately and safely filling high-pressure gases. Also, IQ has achieved near zero effluent-waste status by internally reprocessing all chemicals and wastewater.

Such programmed improvements ensure that IQ will remain one of the world's most diverse and cost-efficient producers of aerosol and liquid products. In IQ's Journey to perfection, it is imperative that our manufacturing facilities be finely tuned for high intensity production.
