Quality Assurance

Our Quality Assurance department prepares and implements strict quality procedures for each product. Inspectors are rigorously trained and tested in the skills required to implement these procedures and to ensure that excellent quality is delivered in every product. Automated on-line systems are used to check every unit produced for compliance to specifications. Every product leaving our facility reflects the input of each member of the IQ team as we strive to achieve the highest quality standard - zero defect products.

We practice the ISO 9000 methodology for quality assurance. Our manufacturing Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Incoming Raw Material Inspection and Control (IRMIC) systems ensure the highest level of quality in our products. Additionally, our Total System Quality Approach makes every member of IQ responsible for continuous quality improvement and helps us advance in our pursuit of perfection.
