1. Where can i purchase products manufactured by IQ Products Company in my area?
Products manufactured by IQ can be purchased through several major retailers. Many of our "Best of Category" products are available
at Wal-Mart Stores nationwide. Products that are available include AirUp Tire inflator & Sealer products, Primis Automotive Chemical
products, Envi Shave Care products, and CleanSafe Electronics Equipment Care products.
In addition, many of our professional hair care products are also available through beauty salons. If you are having difficulty
finding a specific product, please contact Customer Service by using our ON-LINE FORM, and we
will be more than happy to assist you.
2. Do your products contain CFC’s?
Over the last several years, several government agencies on both the federal and state level have enacted laws limiting or eliminating the use
of chlorofluorocarbon chemicals and other ozone-depleting chemicals from aerosol consumer products. At IQ we take these environmental
concerns very seriously, as we believe protecting our environment is of utmost importance. As a result we do not use CFC’s or any other known
ozone-depleting chemicals in our products.
3. Are any of your products tested on animals?
IQ does not conduct animal testing on our products.
4. Can I recycle an aerosol can?
IQ encourages our customers to recycle any used or empty products where community recycling programs permit. Please check with your
local recycling center regarding what may or may not be recycled in your community and whether there are any special requirements regarding
aerosol products.
5. I have a safety concern about one of your products, whom should I contact?
If you have an emergency or require medical attention, please consult your physician or a qualified medical provider. To bring to our
attention a potential problem with one of our products or a problem that you experienced while using one of our products, you can contact
Customer Service using our ON-LINE FORM.
6. I purchased a product manufactured by IQ that I do not believe is working properly, what should I do?
If you purchased a product manufactured by IQ and that product is not performing to your satisfaction, you may return the product to that
store for a refund or an exchange. Otherwise you may contact Customer Service using our ON-LINE FORM for a satisfactory solution.
7. How can I order your products?
IQ is no longer able to accept small-quantity orders online or by telephone. However, we are always working with our retail partners to
provide specific products in areas where they may not currently be available. If you would like a product that is not currently available
to become available in your area, please contact Customer Service using our ON-LINE FORM and we will be
happy to assist you.
8. Where can I find information about investing in IQ Products Company?
IQ Products Company is a privately owned company. At this time there are no plans to offer an IPO or become a publicly traded company.
